Our Practice
Care4 was built on a simple idea: care is better when the people giving it know you. Here's who we are, and exactly how we can help.
Your care team
The physicians who lead Care4 — their training, their focus, and what you can expect in the room.

Dr. Dalbir Dhanda brings over two decades of medical practice spanning India, England, and Canada. After completing his MBBS and postgraduate training in Anaesthesia in India, he developed deep expertise in critical care — playing a vital frontline role in the ICU at Kingston NHS Hospital during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Care4, Dr. Dhanda focuses on chronic disease management, evidence-based primary care, and a genuinely patient-centred approach — treating the whole person, not just the presenting symptom. Patients can expect unhurried, thorough consultations built on continuity and trust.

Dr. Nivedita C. Dhanda holds dual training in ophthalmology and family medicine, bringing a uniquely broad clinical perspective to primary care. Before her family medicine training in England, she practised as an optometrist in Ontario for nearly five years — giving her an unusually deep grounding in eye health and preventive care.
Her special interests include women's health, mental health, and joint injections. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and building strong, long-term doctor–patient relationships built on compassion and evidence-based guidance.

Dr. Ravi Indluru brings over 25 years of medical practice across India and the United Kingdom. He completed his MBBS and postgraduate training in Orthopaedics in India before pursuing advanced surgical and General Practice qualifications in the UK — including FRCS (Trauma & Orthopaedics), MRCGP, and CCFP.
Having worked in leading NHS hospitals as both an Orthopaedic Surgeon and General Practitioner, Dr. Indluru pairs a surgeon's precision with a family doctor's breadth. His experience spans trauma and orthopaedics, urgent care, chronic disease management, and paediatrics — comprehensive, patient-centred care with a strong focus on the best possible outcome.
